Question about resistance mods for warframes / damage done by fractions

There are some mods for the warframes that increase the resistance against different damage types: Fortitude, Sure Footed, Aviator, Antitoxin, Diamond Skin, Shock Absorbers, Warm Coat, Insulation, Lightning Rod, Flame Repellent.

I would like to know which resistance mod is the best to protect my warframes against (e.g.) Grineer. I couldn't find any list online that shows the type of damage done by fractions. I only know that the Infested do make toxic clouds sometimes, so I use Antitoxin. And the Grineer sometimes set me on fire, so I use Flame Repellent.

My question in a nutshell: Which resistance mod is the best facing Grineer, Infested, Corpus, Corrupted and so forth? Thank you!

none, as far as I know you should go only for survivability, resistance mods dont have much purpose beside countering sortie modifiers
