That part I understand why it could be confusing since T2, DS, etc. isn't very clear.

Capture = the Capture mission type. All indicates that you can get a reward from any mission type.

Defense DS = the Defense mission type in Dark Sectors (i.e. certain infested defense missions).

Spy = the Spy mission type. Here you can get it from Lua spy missions (you'll access that later, don't worry about it for now) or from the second difficulty of Spy missions T2. This being found in: Amalthea, Jupiter, Bode, Ceres, Dione, Saturn, Valac, Europa. You'll probably get it from Grineer sooner than that though.

Rewards for the spy mission type for example can be found on the wiki:

Also, as an alternative, try going to Maroos on Mars and see if someone will give you one. Most vets will be happy to give you one for free since most of us have dozens-hundreds of Fast Hands sitting around.
