Was your Twitch account linked correctly? Anyway, the rewards can be really delayed sometimes, and I think they usually make an announcement on warframe.com in the News section somewhere, saying that all rewards should be delivered. At least, that's how it's been the last two tennocons I watched streams of. I would wait until then, and then contact support if you don't have your stuff by then.

There were about 300k people constantly on the stream, people left after 30 min and new ones joined so it's more than that. Don't you think it will take some time to give rewards to them? Some people haven't gotten the handcannon yet... Have some patience.
