Well, Titania is by far the tankiest frame. Tankier than Inaros with 10k health and 2k+ armor.
Tankier than Chroma, Wukong, Rhino, Nezha, Valkyr, Nidus, whatever other frame you want to write.
Look I dont want to brag but I'm a founder with 2k steam hours and probably over 6k hours (off steam). I play since October 28th 2012. Titania is super OP tanky.
Damage wise Saryn, Banshee, Mag. I can do a hundred million damage with them.
Before nerf I was doing 2.8 billion damage with them. I can't remember exactly when they were nerfed (or enemies got buffed) but I think it was some 4 years ago. Maybe someone can remember.
All I know is I was doing 2.8 billion damage now my Exodia Contagion only does 100 millionish.
My favorite frame is the most versatile frame : Hydroid.
Hydroid is the king of versatility.
1. Cheap CC with [1].
2. Another CC with [2].
3. Best CC with [3]. Can drown a whole room with max range and bring in enemies from behind obstacles.
4. Some more CC with [4].
5. Has 2 invincibilities, becoming a wave or a puddle.
6. Can self heal and heal team with [3].
7. Can strip enemy armor with [1]. Good bye level 1000 enemies.
8. Can boost drops.
9. Has fast mobility as wave(losing only to kings and queens of mobility).
10. Has over 1000 armor added on top of 90% damage reduction from Adaptation.
11. Can knock down with [1], preparing for Ground Fatality with Prisma Obex + Entropy Detonation, which deletes half a room in one explosion.
12. Can knock down with [2], preparing for Ground Fatality with Prisma Obex + Entropy Detonation, which deletes half a room in one explosion.
13. Can knock down with [3], preparing for Ground Fatality with Prisma Obex + Entropy Detonation, which deletes half a room in one explosion.
14. Can "cover" in open maps by pressing [3] and semi stealth.
15. Becoming a puddle in PVP is awesome for ambushes. Even if enemy sees you, you decide when to get out of puddle to attack the enemy, so you get first blood advantage.
Most OP frame is Saryn though.
2k+ Armor (plus 90% from adaptation, so rarely dies), with armor strip and 100 million damage from exodia contagion + 400% damage riven.
Banshee is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ugly... there's your explanation.
Weakest, out of all the frames I played, maybe Banshee. Her armor strip used to be nice but since armor was nerfed it's not great anymore. Steel path made a lot of frames that require ennemies to be alive viable, but she just aged poorly. I would have said Atlas but the knockdown immunity and his descent tankiness makes him a good candidate for brain dead bramma spam.
Best appearance? Without skins I assume? I still think Wisp is a fantastic looking and unique frame.
Worse? Hard to tell, a lot of frames visually aged. I think I'll go with Nyx. Base Nyx is plain ugly, she looks very bad compared to more recent frames, or most of the others in fact. But hey at least the 3 Nyx mains can enjoy beautiful skins.
Anyone who says Octavia is strongest has not fought level 1000+ enemies.
Ah yes +1000 ennemies, that are present nowhere on both starcharts. Beside a few bored weirdos no one bothers doing extremely long survival runs. If you take into account the content that's actually meant to be played, Octavia performs very well in all mission types even at the highest level you can normally encounter.
Ennemies reaching into the 4 digit levels is such a minor (or rather non existant) part of the game it doesn't matter if a frame performs well or not there.

I would say Hydroid for the least useful frame and the normal Hydroid is ugly. I can at least say for Banshee, her Sonar is really useful for groups in Steel Path. Hydroid on the other hand, his ability is very out dated and the only thing he was good for was the loot augment but spot been taken over by Khora and her loot augment.
