So I noticed nobody really helped you here. The build will work perfectly fine. My only advice right now is only take Healing Return if you need it. At really high levels (+400) everything one shots you anyway. Otherwise switch to Reach to hit more targets (and proc more status) at once.
Regardless of if you play stealth or not, this melee weapon is great for all levels. Literally.
Make sure you change around your damage types to fit the mission, but in general blast/corrosive is the build all for high levels as armor stacks endlessly.
Last I suggest playing with different frame combinations that do innate status (I love volt and saryn for this) and with a gas damage Deconstructor Prime (for stacking AoE gas procs) or Artax for the guaranteed cold procs.
