Change MR on rivens.

Exsmple here. So... My friend an I got rivens. It's exactly the same riven except mine requires mr 10 and his requires 15.

Why?

If you want to limit the usage of them do it properly. Instead of rsndomizing the Mr make it so in lower mastery ranks riven get nerfed. An MR 8 player gets 50% of his rivens stats and an MR 16 gets it full. And of course it would retroactively scale with your level.

The current situation is just absurd and MR is little more than an annoyance anyway since it doesn't even block late game weaponry as a goal to unlock.

Boltor prime has an Mr of 13 and the Baza has an Mr of 7 and it's just incredibly easy to get.

It makes no sense

What? I didn't know MR requirement defines how high the stats are.

Fake as f*uck. MR affects in no way to rivens. And the fact that you don't know that the minimum MR is 8 shows you don't even know what you are talking about.

It ranks from 8 to 16 completely randomized.

This post seem to agree that's it's random (between mr 8 and 16) and not tied to actual power of the riven.

I remember having one of my old lanka riven being like 10% better on all stats while lower than MR than his twin brother (both multishoit - crit chance and crit damage)

But as i haven't keep the lowest one i can't show the comparative screens, still the one on redit should do the trick ^^

it is pure random factor, it does not effect the game in a bad way - at worst it encourages people to progress more
