can't open Warframe store page?

Hi

I want to try out Warframe but every time I go to the store page I get Error Code: -310

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I've restarted Steam and my PC multiple times.

Have you tried through a web browser? You can queue a download to your Steam client from a web browser.
EDIT: I meant a web browser. Not a web page.

i just tried this - i was able to go to the store page but when i get to the point where i click "play game" to install it, it asks if i have steam installed, i click yes, then it asked to use "steam bootstrapper" whatever that is so i clicked yes and.....absolutely nothing happened

it's also now saying the game is in my library....and it isn't. I (years ago) had it installed for like a day and uninstalled it and marked it "not interested" but I don't see why that would block me from installing it now....?

I'm getting the same issue, only certain store pages too. Assassin's Creed Orgins is another one I get that error for. Must be a steam issue.

Well, first go to your profile options and uncheck the "not interested" part off Warframe. That may or may not make it easier. The bootstrapper is a process that links your web browser with your Steam client. It's the tool that allows you to command your Steam client to download something "remotely". Maybe right now the download process is simply borked, in which case the ball is in Steam's side to fix.

Now, the much easier alternative, if you are not interested in Steam achievements nor tennogen, is to go to warframe.com and downloading the official WF client. It's the exact same thing minus the Steam overlay. You can later download the Steam version and link the accounts and your progress will be saved as well so you won't need to start anew.

yea it's completely messed up. Steam is such garbage, it's so broken so often. Now it's not ignored, but it still says it is and it says it's in my library, but it's not. It's completely broken.

I'll consider downloading the client but....i have a couple friends I want to play with on Steam and it just seems like an extra hassle to work that out on the client. Though I suppose it's less of a hassle than never being able to play the game :)

You can still get some Steam functionality through adding the standard WF as a non Steam game. You won't get everything, but at least you can have your steam friends list at the ready and other stuff. In game, also consider joining the same clan or forming a clan by yourselves.

May not be the best total solution but it may well be what gets you playing quicker.
