How to unlock Riven Mod with Prerequisite: find 3 caches without using energy consumable

I know Sabotage missions are good for this but i found two on a previous mission and im still at 0 of 3 for the Riven Mod. what is an energy consumable?

energy consumables are team energy restores and the like. Caches can only be found in sabotage missions, hive missions and lua exterminate missions. So its not that sabotage is good for caches it is one of the only missions with them. Also make sure you have the riven equipped to a weapon while you do it.
