How do you tell what weapon a Riven mod can be used on?

I may just be blind, but having finally unlocked my first Riven Mod, I'm trying to find what it works on and I don't see any mention on the mod itself what it's for.

By the name. That riven is for the Hind[warframe.wikia.com]; the rest of the name depends on the stats.

Ah. Typical; I keep forgetting about the Hind, hence why I never noticed that part of the name.
