Im not evne going ot bother with the vahkor Marelok because it took 3 min for the kill, it was pitiful.

All the above weapons are considered the TOP sidearms vs the Knell, relying SOLELY on thier modding and weapons mechanics. Euphona and Pandero where modded slightly better then Knell, and performed on par, Marelok was modded at the same grade and miserably failed and Aklek took 5 forma to outperform it. you know corrosive isnt the best right other damage combinations outperform it even without corrosive projection depending on the weapon... I prefer radiation for none status weapons if going against high level grineer even better paired with puncture it melts them... high status viral + slash is amazing... gas can be pretty handy especially against shields... corrosive is just the lazy mans ehh its good enough against everything not to bother changing stuff element... it works better on high firerate/ attack speed decent status weapons like akstilleto prime and silva and aegis prime...

agreed, corrosive is overrated, radiation and viral are both great, and radiation even gives new use to high status low damage weapons, and status duration mods

Viral + slash I agree. Radiation yes, but ONLY on low status chance weapons. Does aklex have a low status chance? Nope

Also corrosive projection does NOTHING unless you hit -100% because of the retarded scaling.
