An Offering of Gratitude bug?

After finishing Chains of Harrow i got a message from Palladino, where she says "take this offering" and yet, the message didnt come with anything, only transmission.

Same, I saw some people get a melee riven mod, but i think it's because they are DE partners.

It was Harrows bp.
Most likely a bug in the quest did not list it as it usualy does.

Anyone that buys harrow before completing the quest gets a melle riven, has nothing to do with being a DE partner.

funny enough, after i did the quest, i didn't get the message but found the BP in my foundry already - then i ran mission and got the message afterwards - blank too... but i though it was the BP since other quests did the same. the power of experience, i guess ^.^
