Just bind quick melee to the mouse wheel, and keep spinning (literally). Damage you take feeds your energy, energy feeds Life Strike, Life strike feeds your health.
At about 2-3 attacks per second, it would require you to take more than 10k damage per second in order to die. That's even far beyond sortie-level, especially considering Inaros armor.
That's only really for Sortie level enemies or higher though. For most missions that you run, you can usually do better using a standard melee weapon with Life Strike or Healing Return (Healing Return more for status builds on long range weapons like Orthos Prime). Weapons with decent speed still perform fine as finishers if you give them attack speed and will knock out basically everything on the star chart.
