Orokin Principle Challenge Rooms?

So, I need to gather 3 mods from any of the Orokin Principle Challenge Rooms in order to open my path to Sedna. I already have 1 / 3 but I don't even remember doing any challenge.
Heck, I don't even know how to "find" this challenge.

At first, I thought these challenges were the ones on Pavlov, Lua (Spy mission) so I did the node a couple of times, getting more than 3 mods but it still counts 1 / 3.
Searched online forums - but I still have no idea. Not even the wiki helps in this matter.
The wiki only mentions they're based on Lua and what kind of challenges to expect.

Can anyone please help me, I've been stuck on this one for 2 days trying to figure this out and doing this retarded Orokin Spy mission. :<

You can find some info on them on the wiki but here's the short version:

Randomly spawning rooms on Lua contain the Orokin Principle challanges. Each is a weird little task to complete and some are cheeseable with specific methods.

I did this in Lua capture mission as the capture target is more likely to spawn in one of these rooms.

The easiest one to solo is the stealth test. It's a very big room with a golden glowing pad at the start of the room so try to look around carefully.

The junction challenge allows duplicate mods so you can just go in to capture -> capture target -> look around a little while runing to extraction -> do test if found -> extract. I finished this after 20 missions or so and got while a bit of relics.

Plato is a easier choice because in that mission, you can find the puzzles while killing the enemies and you can farm Octavia at the same time. The Endurance test is no problem if your teammates know what they are doing and you use a tanky frame. Solo though, different story since abilities are disabled.

Their is zero clear indication a challange has started for most of them. Some aren't timed either. (for example, the power one)

The one you have marked as done was when you did the war within or 2ed dream w/e the 1st one. That room with the ball that fires lazzors at you while you try to get it to hit the beams.
