Just did an update and now my log in email address no longer working come up No user matching that email any one else with this...

This is good was told to do a ticket with warframe but to log a ticket you have to log in to warframe online and it comes up with No user matching that email any one know a way around
this problem ?

got a clan member to check that my game tag is still listed and it is so i have not been removed just my email address is not working or has been changed with out me knowing or getting any emails about it

If or when you get your account back make sure you turn on two factor authentication.

DE did respond asking for detail of my steam account so any day now i hope

actually i had this happen to me one time, did u try to login through the launcher or the website, check if its working on the website, if so its something to do with the launcher.

After checking that info we did not find an account under it, the username or email. We do not delete accounts unless a specific request is put in so it looks like you have the wrong log in information here. Unfortunately, we do need at least the alias to recover an account.
I would recommend checking with any friends who may have played or old emails for the alias here. Sometimes, they may still have you on their friends list. Please note, for security reasons we cannot run multiple alias's through the recovery process until one gets the questions right so we can only check one valid account. Please be as sure as possible the alias you provide is yours.

Been told that my details have gone from my clan and clan members say my name has gone from their friends lists

O_o so ur friends don't have u on their friends list and you're not on the clan roaster? U had 2fa on so it's unlikely that someone hacked your account but the possibility is there, and if that's the case they could have changed ur email and alias, if that's the case that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and going way to far.

I was told that DE keep two weeks backup if this is true wont the details be on it and all the time and rank is on my steam account

Well companies do always keep backups for a certain period of time(not sure the exact amount tho) and technically speaking you could have left the launcher open for however long u wanted or played someone's account to gain those levels. But the backup part is still correct in that they do keep them.

Had an idea last night and as zendesk keep asking for account details which is right
the warframe website should still have my posts and it does shows joining date and all
the topics i started and joined :) so with any luck should be sorted by zendesk soon i hope...

So your account is definitely still there, but what is Zendesk exactly?
