I have mastered heat sword. Any suggestion which one I should pick next?

Anku, Boltace, Atterax, Tipedo, Scindo, Orthos (prime), Gram, Cerata, Hate, Galatine, Kronen.

If you are using the Heat Sword you got from the FREESWORD promo code, that one comes with a catalyst in it that boosts your mod capacity. With reasonable modding, you can continue to use this weapon and still do acceptable damage until late-game. So you may not want to sell this.

I am not selling anything. I will keep it for later. Since I have enough resource to make a new one so I needed a suggestion. I think I will go with Gram since I am using excalibur and deal more damage with swords.

im pretty sure excal gets bonus with the smaller swords, not heavy weapons
