Which starter frame is hardest to get later?

I want to start with the one that is hardest to get later in the game, google only gives me outdated results saying Ex is hardest cause he is on Pluto but he is on Mars now so I guess that changed?!
Mostly I´m torn between Ex and Volt- they both seem cool to me, so which one is harder to get later?

Excalibur im pretty sure, as he is only dropped by certain enemies on mars
Volt parts can just be obtained via research in the clan dojo
EDIT: also excalibur is super good, better than volt, as his final ability just kills everything

Excalibur drops from the boss fight on Mars, so they are all easy to get now.

Newbie here but don't we actually get an updated Excal (umbra) at one point too from just doing missions?

yes, but that mission is one of the missions that takes a while to get to
you gotta complete all the tenno stuff
(Second dream, war within, all that fun stuff) before doing that

oh really? alright nvm then, volt is hardest to get, because the clan dojo, however excal is way better

I went with Volt cause I´m usually reluctant to join clans and I love high mobility and run and gun gameplay! Hope it was the right choice but the tutorial mission certainly was fun

You should join one at some point, even if it's just for what you can get.
There are another 4 warframes you can get from them and 50+ weapons.

As a new player I think you should take a look at each of them, playstyle and so on... OR you can take Volt, it's the estiest one and he is more useful as team than Mag and Excalibur.

volt reverts to his old, selfish form around grineer and infested. mag on the other hand...

Excalibur is the Ultimate 'junction-unlocker'. Enter realy -> Radial Blind -> Exalted Blade!
Works on EVERY junction... ;P

With the Frame reshuffle all of them are really easy to get now.

Back when Excalibur was on Pluto it was was him.

Volt is the hardest out of the 3, excalibur you can grind by killing certain boss,mag same and volt you need to research in clan dojo and then buy its bp's and build it

Volt's 4 can kill the entire map with one press of a button with a proper build though :P
