Is it true that hydraulic crosshairs works with mesa's peacemaker if u equip the mesa's waltz augment?

doubt.... acolyte mods are not supposed to work with warframe abilities.... you can alwasy test that in simulacrum

It is possible to get headshots with her Regulators, but it generally requires some jumping and precise positioning so her aiming at center of mass hits the head. Not something I would consider to be viable or even consistent.
