Gallium is a rare component that can be found on Mars and Uranus. It is usually found in quantities of one, but can also found with quantities of 2-3. It is most often found by defeating Lech Kril (Mars, War) or Tyl Regor (Uranus, Titania) rather than normal enemies.
Honestly I have never farmed for it, I always had enough when I went to use any. Just play, soon you will have more than enough of everything... except argon crystals those decay
Never ever buy generic crafting materials with plat.
I just do not understand why the game says that on Mars you can get this resource on in practice it's not. You will not get it, one thing of 6 missions, well, it's a mockery.
Just redo the boss mission over and over to make sure you get at least one for each.
While you are at it you can farm Excaliber parts
As people said, the boss fight is a fine enough farm. If you want someone to join you with a Warframe built for more loot, can always ask as well. Recruiting chat, even here.
You'll acquire enough in time without needing to actively farm them, just play through Mars like normal and it'll build up. If DE wanted you to spend your money on resources they wouldn't make them easy to acquire.
