but the other stats actually make up for it (IMHO)
Negative multishot means it will have a chance to not fire in any given instance were it would normally fire. With -100% multishot and below (and no positive multishot mods to counter it) the weapon will not fire at all.
It was even better years ago when negative damage healed enemies.
One is...lame and for a weapon I don't have with low disposition so it'll never be not lame.
One is a powerful mod for a terrible weapon that just makes it mediocre.
And the new one...um...it seems like it might be busted good. I have to build the weapon though.

What will happen if you have -negative projectile speed on projectile weapon that not affected by gravity?
