Like, I will still play this from time to time, but I thought about quitting multiple time in the past 6 months, and the new updates are just making it easier for me to do so.
Just don`t wanna see a game I spent so much time and money on to go to ♥♥♥♥, that is all.
dude i pity this comunity all time that why i always going farm things with my friends cuz you cant count for random comunity that playing because usually they are eather low level excalibur or mages or they just doing nothing they just running around with mk 1 weapons and you have to do everything for them.
They've already nerfhammered the Brahma, Catchmoon was NEARLY destroyed, and the Plasmor shotgun is a shade of its former glory.
Can we please just have ONE F'KING WEAPON NOT DESTROYED BY PABLO OR [DE] SCOTT by community bytching and whining?
thank you... you may go back to your self entitled try-hard 1337 whining.
Ultimately Arca Plasmor does not go kaboom so in current meta it's "bad".
Primary felt the same way when I was leveling it up, now that I did forma it feels solid, precise, ez headshot, good damage for full auto weapon.
As for alt, it is weaker than Lenz, Bramma, Corinth Prime, still stronger than any weapon that does not have aoe. Did sortie with it, all I can say is difference between Bramma doing 2 bazilion damage and this one doing half the bazilion damage is irrelevant, everything is one shot with alt fire and primary takes 2-3 shots but mostly headshot kill.
I do not think weapon is too offensive, think bigger problem is that we have no benchmark, enemies we meet every day are potato and effectively this and Bramma are exactly the same for purposes of what currently is lvl 100 enemy.
Overnerfing enemies created lack of requirement for any kind of build, any way to adapt to the threat. Any explosive weapon will get you trough it.
So I would feel nerfing this particular weapon would not fix the game. That is not a solution, self damage is a solution, implement it so every explosive weapon works like Kuva Ayanga - does not explode unless on certain distance from the player. That's it. If you somehow manage to damage your self it should NOT to direct HP damage - it should be percentage.
Each weapon can have it's own percentage and it should also scale on how far you are from the center.
and it works just fine as a weapon.
don't worry man, eventually you'll realize that it's the player that makes the difference, not the warframe or the weapon, but beware, as this sometimes is never understood by the veterans themselves.
There's even people so good with Inaros that they can use his 4's secondary on a regular basis to support the team, and not die because they did it.
There's people who can't headshot without going full sniper (I'm one of them, I have to get lucky to get a headshot outside of careful aiming, or use a weapon that simply doesn't let their head avoid the impact area), others who can pull headshots on the fly while dodging.
Some people perform better with spool-up weapons, some with chargetime, most with immediate. Some can't using flight-time weapons for crap, others lead the enemy perfectly with every shot.
You have to figure out what weapon fits /you/ best. When I'm not doing sniping, I tend to use things like Tigris Prime, or Supra (modded for heat and status chance, which can stack impressive burn damage VERY quickly) to compensate for my mediocre aim. Or I melee. When sniping, however, I can generally hit just about anything I want so long as I don't get nervous about it and start taking early potshots. Max range headshot with an opticor sniping? Done that. Missed completely with Lex Prime? Done that A LOT.
There may be a 'meta' but it doesn't take into account player abilities, and some players are just going to be /bad/ at whatever the current FOTM is.
