Lore-wise is there any Warframe tier list? (spoilers)

From my point of view, some powers are more "powerful" or "useful" than others. The powers of speed and time for example are overpowered in my opinion. A fat boy which power is to eat people and throw them out and then turn into a ball doesn't look very powerful.

My question is, are some Tenno more powerful than the others due to the nature of their power? Do they have more "void" power? Were some Tennos more affected by the void than others?
Are the Warframes limited so a "very powerful" tenno can't just unleash his power as Gauss for example and just pull a Quick Silver everytime something happens?

Atlas punched and destroyed an asteroid which would have otherwise devastated the earth, he is also immovable like a mountain, I would say he is the strongest in my opinion. But warframes are not the most powerful beings in the verse anyway, the Lotus for example is far more powerful as she put the entire moon in the void to hide the tenno. It was the only time she used her powers; she seems to be the type of oracle or merlin characters who prefer to step back and let the heroes act, I think she can solo all the warframes.
