Honestly when did the events of the Chernobal disaster get meme'd?.. not great, not terrible is just a bog standard responce to something that is in the middle or average or 'dont worry about it'.

Im old enough to remember Chernobal when it happened... but to old to get the meme... this world is officially dead to me.
