What is the order of the planets now?

you can see the order by going through the solar rails on each planet

its more or less the actual order from the sun, starting at mercury.
the order is plain to see if you zoom in on the map screen.

Mars (connected to Earth, but not available til you get to Vor on Mercury)
Phobos > Void part 1
Ceres
Jupiter
Europa > Void part 2
Saturn
Uranus
Neptune > Void part 3
Lua somewhere around here (specifically it unlocks after completing the quest Second Dream, it's connected to Earth but you get to the quest around Neptune)
Pluto
Eris & Sedna > Void part 4 from Sedna
