The only ones that look worth avoiding might be Howl of the Kubrow, because Kubrows are tough to maintain without good mid-game mods and are outclassed by Kavats. And A Man of Few Words doesn't really lead anywhere interesting unless you care for Clem stuff
The none story quests give frames or unlock farming nodes like index.
Limbo is a commonly used frame and very useful.
Octavia's quest is a birlliant one and fun to do.
Sadly the rest are fun but not critical in anyway.
And then of course keeping going with the story to unlock your railjack and start the sentient based weapons.
Excalibur Umbra is not a Prime, he is an Umbra. They are different things.
Not even midgame. Like 1000-ish hours is still considered a new player in Warframe, lol.
Once TWW is completed, the player will have unlocked just about all endgame content (including sanctuary, arbitration, and kuva system) minus rail jack, which no on cares about.
Then they can work on the rest of their quests at their own leisure. But TWW needs to be their goal as soon as possible.
You can buy the quest from baro when he comes to the relay. Complete the quest and you will get a god-frame who literally can't die.
Besides, OP really doesn't need endgame content when he doesn't have gear and mods to face it.
