How long does support take to respond?

Hello, Haven't played since 2015, came back and I'm banned. Okay, I guess I was hacked or something, I sent a support ticket
2 Weeks and no reply

Support is known to be understaffed. So long, longer or even longer are you best bets.

They also ban inactive accounts after some time, apparently as a preventive measure from possible hacking.

They lock inactive accounts since technically the player has decided not to play the game, if a player returns, it's viewed as some sort of suspicious activity, to validate your entry to the game once more, contact support and they will likely reply in 2 weeks and unlock your account so you can play once again.

just dont expect the response to be helpful in any way

once i lost all rewards after an hour of farming railjack stuff
i opened a ticket explaining my issue and gave them video evidence of what i had farmed
with timestamps, mind you

the response basically consisted of two things:
- i should provide more detail, such as date and time
- i should unequip and reequip my fishing spear

IF SUPPORT ISNT ABLE TO DISTINGUISH FISHING FOOTAGE FROM RAILJACK FOOTAGE, DONT EXPECT THEM TO GET ANYTHING RIGHT

This support timeframe is messed up. I'm having issue with the game launcher and cant get help. Wanna make me quit. T-T

i had issues with th launcher as well. maybe i can help you out since i alrady had a contactred support. few months ago. my issues were the download speed.
