Chains of Harrow BUG
I recently came upon a bug in the Chains of Harrow quest line. When I first attempt to capture Rell's manifestations, I am unable to capture him. I use my kinetic siphon trap, damage him, and he's on the ground. However, he gets stuck on the floor and does not teleport to his next location. Any help is appreciated.
