How to leave archwing

I cant change to melee to do the heavy attack to leave archwing, did they change it?

well if you are in open world and have done fortuna you can swich from archwing to K drive to eject from archwing

look in options you might find something to help with this if I recall correctly

I meant getting out of archwing with heavy attacks

I think I just aim the camera down and hit the quick melee button. But I can't remember the last time I used Archwing so I'm a little fuzzy on the accuracy.

thats what i've always done, but now that i'm thinking about it i WANT to assume you could just hit archwing on the gearwheel again?

you just tap E to swing your melee to get out of archwing usually, if you don't have 1 equiped you can either get shot down or fly into a lake

Well, ignoring the obvious "somebody didn't look at the date when searching for a solution" part, I would say... Because, 2 years later, it's still mighty stupid that you have to melee to exit the archwing, and people run into it every day? Seriously, how is there no basic method to just exit your archwing without having to swing a sword or weapon - which you can totally do and stay in your archwing when you are in space?
