Update not Downloading for anyone else?

Keep getting the same error since the patch 'cant download update from our servers, update will start again shortly'

Is this just BugFrame or my work connection being a big ♥♥♥♥

I don't know, it just kept downloading 50mb everytime and then crashing the download until it got to around 250mb left and then it just stopped crashing.
