Which one of the above should I prioritize in my riven mod? Let's put redeemer, rubico, and tiberon as an example.

Also, when we roll our riven, we typically get more percentage of base damage vs. multishot right?

it depends a lot the build u gona make. Your question is too much diluted to provide any fair answer.. I can only say multishoot > base damage at same values since multishoot add also extra status and crit chance as well

If I can choose 2 stats.

Should I go Crit Chance + Crit Damage or Crit Change + Base Damage?

Multishot > Base Damage > Crit Damage > Crit Chance

ehehe again it depends a lot... I struggled to the same lately but related to a melee weap I was going to study. You really need to be backed by a solid damage first... but my dilemma about melee took also into account different factors. If you can achieve at least 80% crit chance I would go with crit damage... elseway base damage would be better considered (which anyway contribute to crit damage as well)
When I do the math I did find that Base Damage > Crit Chance > Crit Damage

You mean my Rubico and Redeemer Riven would be best with Base Damage + Multishot then. Hmmmm

Damage and Chance depends on the specifics. Like something with a low crit damage base should be ignored, or on primaries that have the use of Vigilante mods it may be a better idea to build for crit chance to try and get over the next 100% and rely on the crit-tier enhance to boost crit damage.

You should have said that this was for Rubico

this can help you having your own mind about a build... I feel to suggest you anything is fine if the results stats (riven included) dont fall below these

Im just here to say that Crit Chance > Crit Damage not the opposite. %99 of the time you dont get any visible benefit for having more crit damage.

The only reason you should ever prioritize CD is when you need to spare a mod slot. Which is the crit damage mod in exchange for something else.
Oh. I see... As I thought! Damage > Crit Chance > Crit Damage
At least true for Melee, Sniper, rifle, and pistol.
I might go Damage + multishot for shotgun only.

I pretty much have all the fashion and collection. So going riven for now. Hopefully get all riven for every weapon. I always buy trash and reroll myself, so doesn't cost that much for most of the weapons.

Yea true. But I hate to do math over and over again. Nope. Not even simple algebra.

It depends on the weapon. Generally cri chance , crit damage on weapons with a high base crit chance allows to reach insane damage. On tiberon and rubico you mainly want crit chance, crit damage and multishot. On a kuva ogris you obviously just want damage, multishot, status or an elemental.

Follow your example
Redeemer: CC+CD+Dmg
Rubico: CC+CD+Mlti (Damage doesn't really matter on a sniper rifle when it has good cc and good cd)
Tiberon: CC+CD+Mlti (Tiberon itself has good base damage and you can put heavy caliber if you want more damage beside serration so i'd put multishot first but some people want extra damage so they'd go for dmg)

Riven stats are random combo, dmg or mlti could be mixed any other stats , you could even get +zoom +dmg in a riven if you're not lucky

Multishots helps with procs (less effective with bosses or enemies that resist procs)
Damage helps in a very diversified way, good for multiple element builds that damage multiple factions or even multiple enemies in the same way without one being way more difficult than another.
Critical damage and critical change is mainly for focused content, like pure toxin builds, weapons that deal only physical damage, the goal is mainly to do to specific damage and boost it as much as possible.

It depends what other mods you are using. If you already have 2 mods giving around 400% dmg then a riven with 200% dmg wont give a huge increase. If you add 100% multishot to a gun with only 100% increase, then that would increase total damage by 33%, rather than the dmg buff which will only add 25%. It all depends on buffing the stats that you have modded the least of already, so the additional stats added by the riven are more effective.

Multishot is a welcome stat on any riven as it's diminishing returns are about the lowest when you start adding multishot on multiple instances.

That said - lots of different combinations can be a good riven and it all depends on a weapon.

Like, I prefer having an elemental on a riven so I can take regular elemental mod out and put riven in without sacrificing anything in the build. Like for rifle I'd like toxin on a riven beside two good stats - it is much MUCH more valuable not to take out useful parts of your build just so you can fit in your riven because it is a minus to a great riven.
