Why am I not getting nightmare missions on Earth?

I've completed all nodes except the free roam ones (Plains of Eidolon and Cetus). Am I supposed to complete those as well? How? There's no clear mission to do.

Doing one bounty mission on the Plains of Eidolon should count it as "complete" and no longer flashing blue.
Don't forget that when you reach MR5, it will unlock the boss fight against Vay Hek, which I believe is not shown on the map until it's unlocked. So if you're also under MR5, you've got that one missing.

Okay! What about Cetus though? I already did Vay Hek.

Nightmares respawn at a set time, maybe just gotta wait till they reset tomorrow. It might just be sloppy coding and even though you should be able to see them, they won't be visible until the next reset.

Okay! What about Cetus though? I already did Vay Hek.

I dunno, I guess if you go into Cetus, start a bounty and complete it, then go back into town, then head back to ship from there, it should count. That's my best guess, I don't have the issue you're having, it's all considered complete for me.
