It should, technically, but with the caveat that it requires headshots while it auto-aims at the body. Thus, you usually need very high-angle elevation to get shots through the head on the path to the body. So up to weather or not you can accept the extra work of repeatedly leaping straight up all the time, or using normal weapons to trigger it first before using the ability.

The last two arcanes are important to have IF any players intend to use Mesa often.

I use Arcane Grace on Nidus, and I imagine it works really well on Inaros as well. If you use those frames, Grace is a considerable option.

It does. And sometimes I do get headshots with the regulators too. But it is not a very reliable arcane, unless you can headshot consistently.

It is better if you go for the arcane that gives a 150% damage boost to pistols upon reload for 24 refreshable seconds, with a 60% chance at rank 5 (Arcane Awakening). This way you can equip a fast reloading weapon and shoot once, reload, shoot once, reload, etc. until you get the buff which happens almost immediately tbh, 1 or 2 reloads and you get it.

Some arcanes are warframe specific, but I sometimes doubt they are really worth it. Grace on a health frame (Nidus/Inaros) - how much more effective are they really? A fully modded Inaros does not need health regen for any content.

Some arcanes are amazing on some warframes and useless elsewhere. Arcane Barrier is a bit meh, but on Hildryn it is part of the unkillable build. Same with Aegis (both are hilarious overkill).

Some Arcanes are amazing with some weapons - arcane avenger and low crit/high CD nukor, for example, or Arcane precision with titiana (you can drop the hornet strike and add in more Elemental damage).

Some Arcanes are over rated - Arcane Energise is less useful if you have Zenurik and pizzas.

I would say get, Avenger, Guardian (cheap, can help most frames), Nullifier for Eidolons, and the rest depend on your choices. Most of my builds are Avenger + something else. (R28 founder)
