Transference and Transendence use?

I saw people using both operator abilities in the same mission. So they can wall around and shoot with amp but even can go into the hologram mode and shoot a beam out of the chest like between 2nd dream and TWW. So how can i do this too? I completeted every quest but i am not so far at operator focus.

Transference replaces Transcendence. You can't do both.

But how could this person control the ability? So he could use it whenever he wants

He can't, because he's not using the ability. On his screen, he's just running around in normal Operator Transference mode. It's purely a visual glitch that makes the other person's Operator look like it's in floaty-boi mode on your screen.

Okay ty, sadly they took this ability out. I would really love to see it again after 2 years of playing.
