I looked up what a finisher was on the warframe wiki, and apparently there's a few types. I don't exactly know how to trigger a finisher. It just sometimes happens or it dosn't.

unless you plan on slowly stealthing a mission you need an ability that opens enemies t o finishers and a fast melle with a smooth finisher animation. Excals blind and inaros pocket sand are the easiest to cast, followed by ivara sleep arrows and equinox rest/rage. You can also use ash/wukongs smoke if you put a range build on it.

It doesnt say solo, get a frost/limbo/ for defense and a hydroid/nyx for control and if you want to go faster, ev trin+rj excal, or a mesa or something. Remember that the main point of a defense is to defend the target (duh!) not kill the enemies.

Lol wut? Defense isn't a timed mission. Unless you kill things the mission won't end. Its not interception where you can cc all daylong till the mission is over.

He means that keeping the enemies alive is fine as long as the objective isn't harmed, so he can gather up enemies for an easy rampage as long as another frame somehow stops them from damaging the objective

Try ash, his bladestorm is considered a finsisher. Also is the mod equipped on your primary?

Wait...we need to equip the riven mod? ...I suppose that would have made sense....I'll equip it and see if stealth works, otherwise, I'll see about building another Ash. Thanks!

if your building ash solely for this challenge, please don't. Bael is mistaken. Ash's bladestorm deals finisher damage, not finisher attacks. There's a difference.

You can literally cc the enemies to death. It takes longer, but its a much safer approach than an offensive one. If youre going out and killing enemies around the map on a defense mission you're going to fail the mission when it gets harder. With a proper limbo build, the enemies can't even touch the cryopod and you can fire at will on them. With a hydroid you can cc them to death and push them away from the cryopod. With nyx you can turn their damage against them. With frost you can... Block incoming damage up to an extent? Well at least you dont need to worry about protecting the cryopod as much with a frost.
I could easily solo T4D with just a nyx, barely letting the enemies touch the cryopod after damage falls off for primary weapons.
So yes, you can cc all day until the mission is done. You just have to know how to use your cc.

complete level 30 exterminate mission without being detected. I've done multiple runs with invis loki and silent weapons and it doesn't seem to complete it. even when no alarms go off and nobody sees me. plz halp

Kill 2 sentients without taking any damage.

It looks like it has to be done in 1 sentient pack as it resets if I just get 1. I also tried to assimilate nyx it but it looks like that counts as damage ...

I was able to do this one the other day. It took awhile but exterm missions are not timed so I took a hushed penta and duration maxed loki vs infested and finally got it.

It was annoying because if any of them see you it counts as a fail. Eventually I got overly cautious and pulled way back when my invis was expiring (they will hear that and run to you).

I actually just finished this one solo. Apparently you need to land the killing blow for it to count so grouping was not helping. It also seems a little buggy since I did the same solo exterm 3 times and all 3 times had absorb up but the first 2 attempts I only got credit for 1 kill and finally on the 3rd attempt I got credit for both.

If anyone gets this one get an assimilate nyx and solo it on the exterm map. Hopefully it wont bugg out for you as much as it did for me.

Use loki (he can cling to walls for longer) - stay on a wall for a couple seconds while shooting enemies, jump to another wall while reloading, repeat. Also, if it's like the lua drift challenges, "without touching the floor" means you can stand on ledges or the ceiling as long as it is not actually the floor where the majority of the game takes place on.
