Report a translation problem
I would guess that if you choose not to you'll have to either replay the Asteroid mission again when you head back into the quest or you'll be taken straight into the Kuva Fortress. (essentially same consequence as when you'll choose to "commit")
So.... Choosing "yes" means you can't change your loadout anymore.
Choosing "no" means you can change your loadout, hop back into the mission but you'll start at the fortress on foot, not replaying all the archwing sequence again.
P. S. Trust me, I chose "no" because I wanted to know what happen.
They need to make it clearer. Just say you cannot change your layout if you say yes, or something like that.
