Lex prime any good?

So I just got all Lex prime parts and wondering if I should build it or sell it for plat like is it any good?

You should build all weapons regardless of tem being good or not.

As Matt said. But Lex on it's own is also a good sniping pistol. It, effectively, is a Deagle of Warframe.

I mean yea I guess but I kinda need space and trying to figure out if its any good or not :s like could I use the pistol for sorties and lvl 100 stuff

Yes. It will work against lvl 100 stuff. Though, you have to be good at aiming.

lex prime used to be the best pistol but is still pretty good
however you need to hit headshots consistantly for it to be near anywhere that good

Lex Prime is a brutal secondary, don't be suprised when you see 2500+ damage on it. It's a cannon.

Go back a year ago and Lex Prime and Vaykor Marelok were my go to for serious work, Sonicor if I felt like playing it safe. A couple months ago I was all over Pandero with Primed Pistol Gambit (over 100% crit chance, gauranteed crit on every shot!).

Now I've got a sicarus prime with prime pistol gambit AND a +200% crit chance riven (which also gives +100~ish% status chance).

Now lex gets severely outclassed in raw damage and status proccing, and I've never looked back.

But yea going back to your question Lex is good. It was one of the best, but it will still get the job done if you don't have a better option.

Lex Prime is a good secondary for sure. It's one of those pistols where, if you mod it right, it can be as powerful as some Primary Weapons.
The amount of damage my Lex Prime have is the same as a sniper.

Euphona Prime is a shotgun though... Nothing like the Lex.

My Lex Prime has a Catalyst and one Forma in it, 1200+ Puncture and ~2200 Radiation damage and it can still go higher, so think about getting it.
The Lex Prime can be built for crit and status.
Despite this I use the Vaykor Marelok due to the innate Justice, higher magazine size and quicker reload, other than this it's pretty much the same, it has less crit chance and smaller crit multiplier.
