amalgam organ shatter
is it still possible to get that mod or can i only trade for it

They show up in events, you won't miss it.

Sadly, if you were to buy it off of someone you would require some really deep pockets filled with plat, or have a sugar daddy, or mommy. What ever your current case is. Best bet is to wait till the next Amalgam Organ shatter. The reason I'm saying that it will cost you a lot of plat is cause every person can only have one. Once you get it as a reward from the Amalgam Organ Shatters in Orb Vallis you can't get another one(or at least to my own knowledge)
