Will my kavat's ai change if I give it a fetch mod?
I heard some people saying this on the warframe forums

Fetch is just Vacuum with a different name that fits on different companions; it doesn't make pets walk to items, nor does it really have anything to do with the pet other than using its mod capacity and getting disabled if the pet dies. It just grants the warframe a loot vacuum.

Companions' position has nothing to do with affinity sharing. When you receive shared affinity, your companion gets some regardless of where it is, as long as it's alive.

I don't think so, having vacuum mods just suck item to you, not to the pet/sentinel.

yes ik I want to know if fetch makes them actually walk to the items

other question: will a pet get xp if it is out of range even though its owner is?

Well, companions earn their own XP, so you don't have to worry about sharing xp with them I think.

However, if you are running in a group, its better to stick around for that XP share since other player kills give your companions XP.
