Arcanes?

I took a look at arcanes, and if I understand it well, I will have to buy 21 copies of an arcanes to make it rank 5? Is it always 21 copies, or can it be more for some?

Its usually 21 copies, not all of them require 21.

wow, what about the guy that said that he arleady bought everything there is in scarlett spear store? And, he have even put every arcanes there is in store to rank 5? How many hours per day does he play, 30 hours per day?

Warframe (Arcane #####) and Operator (Magus #####) arcanes are all rank 5 now. Amp, kitgun and zaw arcanes remain rank 3.

Those arcanes aren't new. They've been around since the trials years ago, then moved to the eidolons. (they're still farmable there).
Those who hoarded their surplus and didn't sell them could make most, if not all, of their arcanes to rank 5 on the day they introduced that upgrade.
I had to buy only 6 Arcane Acceleration to max it to rank5 and I was done.

Some people already had all the arcanes from doing eidolons. The other stuff doesnt take all that long to buy.

Another question on arcanes! I look at the arcanes in scarlett store, and what they can give, and it seem that they will just make a little difference on gameplay, as most of the % are low? Are they worth to have? And, if yes, what are the better ones to take? As, if I understand it well, we just need 2 of them? Or maybee 3 or 4, if someone want to change them sometimes?

There are many struggling individuals whose only fulfillment comes from Warframe. Last I saw in game, someone had 22k hours played.........Not much you can do for these people but wish them the best. Let's hope DE actually implements some intriguing game mechanics for the rest of us to enjoy.

Energize, Guardian, and the other regen one are good. Not sure about the others.
