This! The IP ban lasts for 24 hours. You will be able to use a different internet connection (friend's house, library, or VPN, etc.) if you really want to play today. Sometimes resetting your router will work if you have a dynamic IP, but please don't try to log in too many times until the 24 hours is up.

I am having the same problem. I'm 100% sure the password I tried was correct because I've changed it just before trying again after the first fail.
After I got the IP block I even tried it at a friend's house. Didn't work either.

So how can we fix this problem? I'm pretty sure after the 24 hour block I will just get blocked again, because correct information isn't seen as correct by the site / game client.

I have just been locked out for entering the right account details trying to connect twitch prime and you think a 24hour lock to the only ip that has access to my account is "to be safe"?? No it is moronic and now i have to wait for support to pull their finger out and respond yeah great....

i have account issues aswell,most of what has been mentioned,and cannot ask for support cause you need to log in to get a ticket,how stupid is that? always issues when there is an update and now i basically have no more account yet have alot of hours on the game and money i spent,hopefully somehow it will get fixed or if my account is lost i will be able to make a new one and get a sorry gift of some platinum to get my stuff back,very frustrating...
