as for argon what I learned from a friend is to just rush a capture and look around for the argon crops that hang around.

Sabotage works too, the caches have a chance to drop argon upon opening them, there is another chance for the unifentified item to be argon, and the key holders are the equivalent of an assassination target.

Nekros in a void defense missions helps when looking for Argon.
Mutagen Sample had been a pain to farm and still is. I hope your Clan has the Hema done already.

Pretty confident that the ONLY time Argon shows itself is when I don't need it. Fortunately,
just about nothing ever requires more than around 2 of them at once, so farming it up is usually a single run away... except for when it doesn't spawn in a timely manner.

As others have said, Void Capture and Void Sabotage are your quickest bets, just make sure to duck into the odd locker room to be on the safe side.

Limbo cata bombing (max range), all the loot detector and shoot cata in the general cache location in the extermination mission. With luck you will get 1 or a couple of argon.

I always run my necro when I farm them so no, I usually always get 2-4 per run

run t4 missions where vor appears, he's got a 50% chance to drop them once you kill him, thats whawt i did when i needed one, took me 3 runs to get him to drop me an argon
