How does one parry and channel now?

I try to channel but mi warframe switches to shooty shooty bang bang and when parry my warframe aims mi gun

Blocking in melee mode is now automatic you just have to aim your reticle at the enemy firing at you. Channeling should still be a key you may have to look at the custom keybinds.

Channeling should be the alt fire key now when in melee mode so by default that should be the middle mouse button :)

And it is a toggle now, so no need to worry about having to continuously hold the button down.

I mean silva and aegis was pretty fun to parry with, I wish you could have a toggle or non toggle settings
