Helios Scanning

i bought a lot of scanners and equipped helios for the scanning.
the question is, will he scan even objectives i got already unlocked in my codex and waste the scanners or will he just scan what i need?

Helios used to just scan everything no matter how thoroughly scanned it already was, but they fixed that quirk several years ago so it just scans things that still need scans.

Anything that already has a full codex entry will not be scanned. You'll have to scan those ones manually if that's the case

On the other hand, if you didn't know already, you should consider getting Detect Vulnerability as soon as you can, because that will allow Helios to create weak spots on enemies that have a full codex entry.
