Banned/suspended

I got suspended due to breaking TOS, though I have done no such thing. I literally play the game, buy things with real money and that is about the limit of what I do in this game. I couldn't imagine breaking the TOS in anyway as I hadn't. To be honest I was griding to get my Operator and got that message. Any help? I am loyal to this game ever since it caught me and I really don't want 150+$ going down the drain because an error.

I'm of the opinion you have cheat engine or something like it installed, and you have been omitting that. If you had a program like that even running in the background, Warframe would've likely picked it up and banned you for that.

Admit it if that's the case, do you have cheating software? Or anything that has the capability to inject itself into an executable like some of those graphical enhancers? SweetFX I think has banned some people in the past, I don't think ReShade has though.

I have SweetFX installed for Assassins Creed as well as Elite Dangerous. I tried to install it to GTA5 and warframe but it didn't work so I gave up that hope. I do have cheat engine installed, but it was not open during the time warframe was. I use cheat engine for my job, I work as a computer technician and have plenty of tools that could potentially flag warframe. The only way I could see it being flagged though is if they made a list of my directories and determined I could potentially cheat.

To touch up, Cheat engine is used for my other side of the job that is to find exploits for bug bounty programs and turn them in. But never has cheat engine been used on a game that wasn't involved in any bug bounty program.

And again, why cheat engine wasn't formentioned was because as I said it was not open, and could not have been open during the time warframe was open. I know to close any programs like that before trying to play a game that detects something similar.

You should have SAID something before then.

If you think it could've been possible for any of those programs to even be running in the background while you launched Warframe, that's what got you banned and Support will likely tell you that too.

You may not have cheated in the game, but you had the tools to do it ( and other software that interacts with executables ) so the game's anti-cheat probably detected that and banned you for it.
You really should've mentioned that like, immediately. "Oh yeah btw I do have Cheat Engine installed." :U
which would've also explained your throwaway explanation when someone brought up the fact you had the MR30 Steam achievement. That's just kind of self incriminating.

You really moved the goalposts on this quite a bit. Next it will be "But I didnt attach it to warframe" and "But I didnt alter any data" to "But it's just stupid MR"

I don't see how it's not honest, I told the truth of me not using anything to cheat. I am not just going to throw out that I use cheat engine for bug bounty programs. Though that being said I do now have a better way of getting out of warframe then. Their TOS does not mention scanning the file system so I am now on the grounds of a full refund.

But the game is free...? Or you mean cosmetics?

Either way, if this "practice run" should tell you anything, it's that while you may not see reasoning, the automatic PROCESS scanner certainly does and closing CE doesnt always end the process. Not completely. So you got found out, and now you should be trying to rationale how to make yourself look not like a cheater.

Go back and look through my posts to find when I explicitly called you a cheater. I remained as objective as I could, and I was trying to work within the scope of the game's anti-cheat to pin why you got banned.
So take that attitude and shove it up your butt, yeah?

Good to know though, thanks. I still feel a little scared about having two legit accounts though, because warframe is really really ban happy compared to other games.

Don't try and use the accounts to double your chances at farming discounted plat, don't try to trade/mule stuff from one account to the other, and you should be fine.
