Tusk Thumpers won't spawn anymore

Before one of the hotfixes, they would spawn somewhat frequently by flying around the map. Now I can't find a single one. Is there a specific way to get them to spawn?

Edit: I got a Thumper Bull to spawn by failing a bounty (I do this to get the enemy level range to 30-50 instead of the default for better thumpers) and riding around on my K-drive. If someone can confirm that the thumpers still emerge durring archwing like they did at launch, then I'll just assume RNJesus frowned on me today, but until then I'm going to assume they no longer trigger with Archwing

Edit 2: They do spawn with Archwing, but only if you are close to the ground. Best bet is to use K-drive

Maybe they stay underground as a deterrant to archwings, but I'm not sure if this is actually intended, or just someone's observations

I just did a bounty. Two Jumpers spawned.

They definitely spawned during bounty. Not all the time, but they spawned.

What bounty? I'm pretty sure you just found one of the random spawning ones while running bounties and not a "bounty generated" one.

Yes, that's what I meant. It is not bounty generated enemy, but one that I find while doing bounty. What I meant to say is that bounty doesn't exclude the thumpers being spawned in PoE.

Bounty level do affect what thumper that will spawn. Bull and Doma appear frequently at Bounty 5. You dont need to finish the bounty. Only need to trigger higher enemy levels
