if it so, then +1 mean your max capacity for unranked weapon or frame will get +1 every Mastery Rank.
example : at MR5 your unranked weapon/frame will have 5 mod capacity. at MR6 you'll get +1, 6 Mod Capacity, and so on
Why's this so funny to me?
Im MR25, the weapon is unranked and potatoed, that mean weapon will have same number as MR25=25 capacity (doubled for potato)
I must say though this is a perfect example of how inconsistent wording for some things are in the game, and it leads to confusion.
Or using words in one place and only showing symbols in another, so you have to check or guess before you are familiar enough to remember.
I hope they improve this kind of thing as they work on the new player experience.
