Suspended for no reason, missing the event.. Please just look at the damn ticket!!

I can't find any more ways to communicate with the warframe people.. I stopped playing 1 year ago for college, NEVER cheated, never went on a toxic rampage, platinum is positive, never had cheat engine installed, NONE of the reasons for suspension are there for me..
It seems that my account has to have gone throught the "suspended because of suspicious activity" when someone tries to enter in the account and fails.. BUT WHY THE HELL AM I SUSPENDED UNTIL 2035? I just wanted to log in again for the event and find out im suspended even if im not even playing the game!!! I ahve not received any mail telling me what the hell is going on or informing me of the suspension.. And now I'm here, waiting for you guys to answer my tickets.. And you don't, so I will lose the exclusives of the event for an error in your system at best, and a stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ way of protecting an account from unauthorized access at worst.. At least sent me an email !

It's the anniversary event, they'll come back next year, as they have the last 6 years.

Devs don't read here, and a forum post of all things, here or on their official forums, won't do a thing. Their support has been ♥♥♥♥-slow recently, it took them over a week to tell me "sorry we can't help you with your problem", though that wasn't related to anything as big as your problem. Sorry to say, but you just have to wait for them to respond to your ticket.

Also, the anniversary 'event' is still up for 6 days. If it's nearly been a week since your ticket, hopefully you'll be responded to soon. You have nearly a week left to get your stuff.

First off, yes we do read here.

Secondly, there is nothing we can do for you here or on the official forums. The only folks that can review your account and get you unbanned if the reason for doing so is legit, are the support folks. Sadly, they do have a sizable backlog, but they will get back to you. Posting here is not going to speed that up.
