-The invulnerability on his 4 allows warframes to survive the magnetic proc after each limb is destroyed. There are other places where the 4 becomes really useful
-No, but with good enough duration after bringin the shield down there still good enough duration left to bring the next limb down
-pretty sure the arcane only blocks the status effect, but there's still very minor chance of proc still.

-Also at final phase his 4th ability is useful because of 200% crit chance on headshot
-Doesn't work on amps and idea is to use him to avoid Magnetic proc and damage when Eidolon limb is destroyed.
-The arcane only nullifies magnetic proc like it says in the description.

Yup, Harrow is nice for teams that lack Nullifier Arcanes. Once you have 2 (one maxed and one at rank1 should be enough) he becomes more optional imo.
Dont get me wrong, his crit buff is still super nice, if the timing is good but your usual Chroma meta slave will 1 shot limbs anyway so whatever.

He is for casual runs. In tryhard speedrun squads he does not contribute to the goal other than charging his void strike.

Is any of this even necessary considering you can simply hop on your archwing to prevent energy loss? Not even the Hydrolist's waves can bring down a low level Itzal easily.

His invuln helps the poor kittens survive limb break magnetic waves.

His headshot crit boost lets me feel like I'm contributing to damage with my trin + vectis prime even if someone is instantly breaking limbs.

His impact will be felt much more on lower power groups that NEED the invulnerability and increased head damage. The head has the most health and takes longer than the limbs.

It's not really a question of how much he brings to a meta-squad, it's a question of if he brings more than other frames in his spot or not.

you doesn't need him anymore imo.
since Arcane Nullifier exist (100% magnetic resist with one maxed + unranked)
it better if you went with Void Strike Volt , since you could at least help removing the eidolon shield. which is one of the most time consuming part in the tridolon hunt.
void strike volt can do both role, Shield Remover and Burst Dps

I mainly use him to help carry new players on their first handful of eidolon hunts (not tridolon).

If you time it right you can give your team crits, by showing the newbies where to aim etc they learn fast and deal okay-good damage with the aid of crits.

Like others mentioned, when you're running with a "meta" group, you don't need harrow nearly as much because whatever he has to offer sadly isn't needed.

So, if meta squad isn't using Harrow, what frame would be better??

You only need 1 volt / trinity / limb killer. I can't think of a 4th frame that would be better to add than harrow for his invulnerability and head damage boosts.

Some frames can bring something to help with invulnerability (limbo cata eww...) Some can bring head specific damage (ivara). But other than those who only do 1/2 of what harrow can, there are just more damage / buff / heal frames that areredundant to the meta of volt + trinity + limb 1 shotter.

If there are suggestions for an appropriate replacement for Harrow's invuln + head damage combination please share.

If the team wants to stay put they can just have a Limbo banish everyone. Stay close and he only needs to cast it once. Then roll out when finished.

Oberon and Limbo are alternatives for Harrow's role.

But Harrow requires a lot less effort, and is overall the simpler choice.

I think is safer to use Oberon's halloweed round and tell everyone to step inside.
