If you are a oneshotting maniac who tries to break world record with each assasination, then yes.
I did the Lephantis sortie today with a Pax Charge Rattleguts. Slowest fight ever, but at least there was no worry of running out of ammo.
It'll probably be patched out soon.

Lephantis is a bit hard to hit, speacially the reaper head, Soma won't work too well without added precision.
work pretty well. if you doesn't have titania. i haven't try other weapons yet
The thing is, Lephantis is already boring as ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to fight, and the mechanical complexity of the fight is basically just there to extend it beyond the instant melt that most boss fights are. With the way the game is currently designed, there's no real way to make any of the bosses difficult without gating damage - which is artificial difficulty - and making them require any kind of skill would mean redesigning how NPC AI works from the ground up.
They don't need to nerf the damage we do to the bosses. Bosses are working as intended within their damage system. If the devs are disappointed with that, they need to redesign combat so that NPCs can actually hold a torch against players in a fight. Without nerfing movement capacity, weapon/frame damage, or frame abilities.
