How many hours until YOU hit burnout
Hey !
so as the title states how many hours does it take before you hit burnout ? Im currently 1,1k+ hours in/MR24 and am not and have not felt it at all (yet?)

Also while we're on the topic why do you guys think different people experience such varied burnout times , just out of curiousity ?

Edit : thanks for all the interesting replies guys , it seems as though majority of the peeps here have been and are still going pretty strong , awesome ^_^

3-4 years, Could be game play that keeps people playing or the fashion frame

I'm a little over one year in and kinda burnt out. The only thing keeping me going is FashionFrame, IkeaFrame, and my clan leader giving me full control of decorating the dojo(something he will soon learn to regret).

The burnout is linked to the goal you established at the start
A popular one is raising MR, so you either have nothing to lvl up or you have things that you do not want or don't enjoy, like archwings or several amps, meaning burnouts are common because you want everything for the sake of it.

I don't have such goal, i'm at MR16, i don't have a single prime warframe, but i haven't gotten bored so far, because i like the core gameplay, even without updates. Keep in mind that i have over 6k ingame mission gameplay hours, i'm not your average MR16 player or your average player at all.

A distribution graph explains exactly where i'm at, if everyone was great, the grind would be substantially bigger for everyone and warframes would be nerfed no doubt (all of them).

Played since U7, getting burnout every now and then. Just waiting for new content to come out.

People who focuses only on meta content will be feeling burnout the fastest since they don't bother playing with any other weapon or frame than meta one. Those who experiments with every weapons, frames, companions will be the longest to eventually getting burnout because they pretty much have played with every tool the game could give. And then there's the fashion frame / ikea frame that people keep as hobby with to have fun indefinitely. Not among them though, my fashion sense sucks.

this aint your work lmao

getting burned out by a game.... then you should rethink you life decisions (no offence to any1)
I have played a heavty amount of hours last few years (had a excident so gaming etc kept me busy) But there is a wonderfull world out there you can explore or things to learn,

Even the devs said it a few times. Just leave the game for a while if you feel dumbed down by the game atm. no force is forcing you to stay in warframe when you dont like to.

on 1820h mission hours 2,8k steam hours in game.

keep enjoying the things you do enjoy :) i can advice

I've hit two burn outs one at exactly 50 hours (really a little before but I wanted to make it to atleast 50) and then again around 600 and that was because Fortuna but I quickly came back and now im at 944 (this is steam hours which I know are A LOT MORE than actual game time)

First time I ever got Burn Out with Warframe and stopped playing for a while was around the 300-400 hour mark I think. When I came back I have learned to play in smaller sessions and to do other things (play other games, etc) to reduce becoming burnt out.

I've played for the past 6 months (1400 hours, mr23) and I'm starting to get burned out and considering taking a break to play other games. The game just feels dead right now, there hasn't been any new content in months.

I've played for about a year now, got to MR24, and still find things to do. I usually take a break for a few days or so when I'm not feeling into it, and that helps me avoid the real burnout.

I'm ~250 hours in and starting to get burnt out.

I don't think there's anything major killing the game for me, just getting kinda bored. Actually considering taking a break after the 6th anniversary stuff ends and likely coming back when The New War is released.

2K+ hours MR26, have every single frame. still play like i used to play at earlier day. somehow
forma weapon, try new build, use old weapon, farm something i already have. chat with clan mate, decorate my dojo, trade daily, do sortie. maybe i just love grindin' stuff
and i dont play other game

what kind of question is this OP?

you are burned out, when you are burned out.

for some it might be on the 1st year, for others on the 4th year.
for some it might be after 1k hours, for others after 5k hours.
