Gunsen: Is the stance bad?

I have a riven for it, unrolled, and want to know if I should roll it to status or some such, however, reading online, people say the "Slicing Feathers" stance is slow and awkward.

Do you use Gunsen? Is the stance actually "trash"?

It's slow and awkward but it procs slash almost every atack.

Like the heat dagger and fang prime the Slicing Feathers's stance is among one of the best items you can get in the game.

Weapon itself is pretty nice, has a short range and the stance just makes it clunky and awkward

This, stance itself really kills it. Weapon can be build crit, status or hybrid.
